We are looking for an experienced Business/ Functional Analyst to join a project from the banking industry. Your tasks: Perform business and functional analysis of requirements related to payments processes. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Work closely with developers, testers, and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model. Support testing activities, including review of test scenarios and validation of delivered functionalities. Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements. Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders. Your skills: Strong IT Business Analysis skills Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and managing business requirements end to end. Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements.
