Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Business Immigration Paralegal. The Immigration Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal research, preparing legal documents, and managing visa applications. Daily tasks include managing client communication, drafting filings for immigration cases, and ensuring compliance with current immigration laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Immigration Law and Immigration Issues
• Experience with Visas and Legal Document Preparation
• Proficiency in handling various types of immigration cases including business immigration, asylum, work-based green cards, and investor visas
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in an immigration law firm is a plus
