Profile: Microstrategy Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Act as SME for business and IT stakeholders for all MicroStrategy-related needs.
Define and own MicroStrategy architecture strategy across on-prem/AWS environments.
Design scalable BI solutions aligned with business and enterprise data strategy.
Provide architectural guidance on metadata modeling, schema design (Star/Snowflake), and reporting frameworks.
Evaluate and implement best practices for high availability, clustering, and system resilience.
Manage and optimize MicroStrategy Intelligence Server, Web, and Mobile components.
Perform performance tuning (SQL optimization, caching strategies, report execution).
Monitor platform health, usage, and capacity; recommend enhancements.
Ensure system stability during peak loads (DSR, batch reporting cycles, etc.).
Support BAU operations with a focus on SLA adherence and incident reduction.
Technical Skills
8+ years in BI/Analytics, with 5+ years in MicroStrategy architecture.
