About the Role
Based in ING Hubs Türkiye, you'll join the ING Analytics CEO Office, supporting the leadership team responsible for ING's global analytics organization.
You will work closely with the Business Manager, leadership teams, Tribe Leads, and stakeholders across the ING Hubs network to support governance, reporting, planning, coordination, and strategic initiatives.
This role provides direct exposure to executive-level discussions and offers a strong foundation for future growth within Strategy, Business Management, Transformation, Analytics, or Leadership functions.

Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility. Team members typically come together in our Vadistanbul office for two days per week during three weeks of the month, while one week each month is fully remote.
We also offer additional flexibility during August, allowing colleagues to work remotely throughout the month.
As part of a globally distributed organization, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple ING locations while contributing to large-scale AI initiatives that create impact across the bank.
What You'll Drive
As part of the CEO Office, you'll contribute to:
- Strategic planning, governance, and business management activities.
- Executive reporting, performance tracking, and management updates.
- Meeting preparation, documentation, action tracking, and follow-up activities.
- Cross-functional stakeholder coordination across multiple teams and locations.
- Change and improvement initiatives across ING Analytics.
- Cross-Hub collaboration with teams in Poland, Romania, Slovakia, the Philippines, and Türkiye.
- Portfolio tracking and support for strategic priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Communication and alignment between leadership teams and operational stakeholders.
About You

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a structured way of working and a genuine interest in strategy, business management, and organizational effectiveness.
You likely bring:
- 4+ years of experience in business management, strategy, consulting, PMO, transformation, project coordination, analytics, or a related field.
- A degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, Business, or another analytical discipline.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive documentation.
- Strong project or program management capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in international or matrix organizations is an advantage.
- Fluent English and Turkish communication skills.
- Successful candidates are highly organized, comfortable navigating ambiguity, able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, and capable of translating complex topics into concise and actionable communication.
