Role Description The Business Manager role at Geolah is a full-time remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role includes monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization and expansion across ride-hailing and parcel delivery services. The Business Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, customer support, and marketing to ensure efficient processes and alignment with sustainability goals. Daily responsibilities also involve developing and implementing business plans, coordinating vendor and partner relationships, and managing risk and compliance within the mobility and delivery ecosystem. The role requires proactive problem-solving, clear communication with stakeholders, and continuous improvement of business practices to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
