About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Operations Generalist who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. This is a highly strategic operations role where you will work closely with leadership across recruiting, people operations, business operations, investor relations, executive support, sales operations, and AI-driven process automation. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving systems through automation and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including scheduling, candidate communication, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding. Support HR operations, payroll coordination, expense management, and employee records. Help build an engaging remote culture through internal events and employee initiatives. Coordinate calendars, meetings, and cross-functional projects across the organization. Improve internal processes, documentation, and operational workflows. Support investor relations by coordinating meetings, communications, travel, and follow-ups. Assist with executive support for founders and leadership. Support outbound sales initiatives and improve communication workflows. Identify repetitive manual work and build AI-powered automations that improve efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to develop AI agents and workflow automations that save time and increase reliability. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Process-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Hands-on experience using AI tools and building automated workflows. High level of discretion handling confidential information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams. Nice to Have Experience with Zapier, Make, AI agents, or workflow automation platforms. Recruiting or People Operations experience. Experience supporting finance, investor relations, or executive leadership teams. Experience working directly with founders or executive teams.
