Business Operations Manager (AI & Crypto)

Insight Consulting (Protegra group) is a Warsaw-based consulting company. We help international businesses enter regulated EU markets: company formation in Poland, CASP/VASP and crypto licensing, AML compliance, banking and payment infrastructure, and ongoing back-office support. Our clients are fintech, crypto and cross-border companies.

About the role

We are looking for one strong generalist to work side by side with the founder. This is deliberately a broad role: operations, client communication and documents in one pair of hands, with AI tools as a normal part of your daily workflow. If you like narrow, repetitive work, this is not the right place.

What you will do

• Run day-to-day operations: tasks, deadlines, contractors, keeping internal order.
• Communicate with clients and partners: first contact, follow-ups, support in negotiations.
• Work with documents: read, edit and adapt contracts, agreements, KYC/AML packages and internal policies.
• Prepare materials: commercial proposals, presentations, structured summaries and reports.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude and similar) every day for research, drafting and analysis, and build small workflows that save the team hours.
• Take a task and bring it to a finished result without step-by-step supervision.

What we expect

• Russian and English at a confident working level. Both are used daily.
• Practical experience with AI tools, not one-off experiments.
• Structured thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to hold several threads at once.
• Openness to the crypto and fintech domain. You do not have to be an expert, but you do have to learn fast.
• Ownership: you close tasks instead of reporting problems.

Nice to have

• Polish language.
• A background in law, contracts, compliance or AML, or simply the ability to read a contract and see what is wrong with it.
• Experience in business development, sales or client-facing work.
• Basic technical skills: automation, no-code, APIs, scripting.
