Job Description Role Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager to drive workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity management, and talent optimization across teams. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, delivery managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective deployment of resources while maintaining a healthy talent pipeline and utilization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end resource planning, allocation, and deployment across projects and business priorities. Monitor resource utilization, capacity, and demand forecasts to ensure optimal workforce productivity. Collaborate with hiring teams and business stakeholders to address staffing gaps and workforce needs. Analyze resource trends, generate reports, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Drive workforce planning discussions and support strategic talent decisions. Maintain resource management systems, dashboards, and data accuracy. Facilitate employee movements, skill alignment, succession planning, and bench management. Ensure adherence to organizational resource management processes and governance. Required Qualifications experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing Operations, or Talent Deployment . Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with resource planning tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms. Proficiency in Excel and workforce analytics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT/Technology services organizations. Exposure to forecasting, capacity planning, and talent management processes. Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
