Business Performance Improvement
Senior Consultant to join our growing
Financial Performance Management
team.
What You Can Expect
As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you
facilitate
the successful completion of project work plans.
You’ll
identify
areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
You’ll
strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of
M
anagers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies
.

Process improvement, business

Accounting / finance processes and objectives
Accounting

Ability to translate and communicate

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
a
relevant discipline
(
e.g.
Accounting, Finance, or Related Field).
2
+ years working in
Consulting, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Assurance Services, or related field, either in professional services or industry
.
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word,
Excel
and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access
.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule.
Placement in the range is dependent upon experience,
skills
and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job
.
$74,000.00 – $111,000.00
