About this Position Manage assigned distributors and retail stores based on company requirements, and build long-term business partnerships. What you´ll do Manage assigned distributors and customers, and maintain good customer relationships. Develop and carry out business plans for distributors and retail stores, including P&L management, investment plans, and promotions. Manage contracts and trade terms with distributors and customers, and create Joint Business Plans (JBP). Implement channel and category plans developed by the MSP team in assigned channels and stores. What makes you a good fit College degree or above. More than 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry. Good data analysis skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Familiar with retail systems and operations in the FMCG industry.
