Business Process Analyst at BairesDev

As a Business Process Analyst at BairesDev, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll gather and analyze requirements, document business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement systems that improve operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that technology solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do:

- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

- Create detailed documentation, including process maps, use cases, and user stories.

- Support the testing and implementation of new systems and enhancements to existing solutions.

- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We Are Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related field.

- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation techniques.

- Knowledge of business process modeling and mapping.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Ability to understand and document complex business processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

- Advanced level of English.
