About the Company

A global logistics leader is setting up its India research and strategy centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire. You will support the analysis that guides where and how a worldwide network grows. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Business Research Analyst, you will study markets, operations, and opportunities, turning research into the recommendations that shape business and strategy decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Research

• Research markets, competitors, and expansion opportunities
• Analyse operational and commercial data to find improvement levers
• Build business cases, benchmarks, and opportunity sizing

Strategy Support

• Prepare briefs and decks for strategy and leadership reviews
• Translate research into clear, actionable recommendations

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years in business research, strategy, or analyst roles
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
• A structured problem-solver who can frame and answer questions
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to consulting, strategy, or operations research
• Familiarity with data visualisation and presentation tools
• An MBA or postgraduate qualification in business or economics
