We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Global CX Commercial Excellence Team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the customer experience transformation by enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in commercial processes. You will leverage cutting-edge technologies, automation, AI, data analytics to support the evolution of our commercial business processes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a lean and agile setup, with a strong focus on delivering impactful solutions. You will implement Sales orders automation, intelligent selling models, advanced CRM tools, and other commercial technologies, providing support, guidance, and training to users across the organization. About You: You are a collaborative team player with strong analytical skills, capable of working seamlessly across different regions and functions within the organization. You have a passion for learning and a keen interest in exploring innovative solutions through technology. Whether it’s analysing data, implementing automation tools, or deploying AI-driven strategies, you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy making a tangible impact. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, IT, GBS) and external partners to align on technology, data, and process standards. Design and implement automation solutions using AI to optimize commercial processes and drive efficiency. Deploy intelligent selling models and CRM tools to enhance the customer experience and commercial performance. Leverage data and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights and improve decision-making across commercial operations. Master's degree in engineering (Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science). 1-3 years of experience in IT or data science, with hands-on experience in data management, advanced analytics, and machine learning. Proficient in Power BI, Power Automate, and SQL. Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python is a plus.
