Business Strategist III

Your job As a key member of our Smart Sourcing team, you will own the end-to-end execution and strategic direction of our Enterprise-level offering, specifically driving our enterprise licensing subscription line. This is a critical, high-growth sector of our business that is rapidly expanding. In this high-impact position, you will serve as the commercial anchor, ensuring our enterprise solutions scale efficiently while meeting the complex needs of our largest clients. You will collaborate cross-functionally with key business partners to ensure seamless adoption, enhance customer value, and solidify our market position in enterprise sourcing solutions. Who you are Identify, scope, and drive strategic initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency. Analyze data across business performance, customer trends, and market dynamics to inform recommendations. Develop insights and materials to support decision-making at senior levels. Partner across functions to align on priorities and execute against strategic plans. Support the development of action plans and track progress against defined goals. Conduct research to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Who we are Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience; or a PhD with a minimum of 3 years experience Experience solving complex business problems using data and structured analysis. Proficiency with data analysis tools such as spreadsheets, data visualization platforms, and query tools (e.g., SQL). Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable insights. Business acumen with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables. Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
