We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Business Support Consultant to support the delivery of ICT and traded services. This varied role combines business support, customer relationship management, financial administration, software licensing and project coordination. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery, manage budgets and invoicing, support service improvements and help develop new business opportunities. We are looking for candidates who: Have excellent organisational skills and can effectively manage a varied workload, competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision. Have strong communication skills and can adapt their approach to engage effectively with a range of audiences. Are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and have experience of finance systems such as Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning software.
