Position Summary : Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst / Application Developer to support, enhance, and help architect internal business applications and automation initiatives. This individual will play a key role in evaluating, developing, and integrating systems that support payroll, HR, operations, reporting, and future ERP functionality.

This is a highly visible role that combines business process analysis, application development, systems integration, workflow automation, and long-term ERP planning.

Desired Background

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Developer, ERP Analyst, or Systems Developer.

• Strong Google Apps Script and JavaScript development experience.

• Experience building custom business applications and workflow automations.

• Background integrating payroll, HR, accounting, or operational systems.

• Experience with QuickBooks, iSolved, or similar platforms preferred.

• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience supporting or developing ERP, HRIS, payroll, or operational systems.

• Strong understanding of data security and application architecture.
