Business Systems Engineer - Fixed Term

MGG Health Roles MGG Health is seeking a talented and driven Business Systems Engineer (fixed-term parental leave cover) to own and enhance our core platforms - Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Power BI - while leading the charge in AI-powered automation and innovation. Reporting to the IT Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role across operations, finance, compliance, and marketing - designing and delivering secure, scalable solutions that streamline processes, unlock insights, and accelerate our digital transformation journey. What will you be doing? Optimise Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring secure and seamless identity, access, and user lifecycle management Enhance SharePoint Online to deliver intuitive, compliant collaboration experiences Build impactful solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate Manage and improve Salesforce through configuration, automation, and reporting Develop insightful Power BI dashboards and data models to drive decision-making Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities to streamline processes Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors while maintaining clear system documentation What will you bring to the role? 3–5+ years’ experience in business systems, platform engineering, or similar roles Strong expertise across Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, SharePoint, Power Platform) Proven experience with Salesforce administration and configuration Solid capability in Power BI reporting and DAX A proactive mindset with a passion for improving systems and processes The ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across the business Who will you be working for?
