Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Business Transformation Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and workflows across Procurement, Supply Chain, and Materials Management functions. Partner with business stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, operational challenges, and opportunities for optimization and automation. Gather, validate, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and transformation initiatives. Leverage AI tools and technologies to improve business analysis, reporting, forecasting, decision-making, and process efficiency. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and business insights to support operational and strategic objectives. Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and external vendors to support the successful delivery of projects and process improvements. Support testing, user training, change management, and post-implementation activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Materials Management, or Operations. Strong understanding of AI concepts and business applications. Experience using AI-enabled tools to increase productivity, improve reporting, automate processes, and support business decision-making. Strong understanding of procurement lifecycle processes, inventory management, sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain operations. Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise business applications. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
