APPLY NOW YOUR MISSION Act as sparring partner for the Business Unit in all financial matters Drive P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow performance together with BU leadership; control the business with KPIs that ensure transparency and consistency Prepare and communicate monthly financial reporting to senior management, providing insights and recommendations Review and challenge project performance, evaluating risks and opportunities in close collaboration with BU Program Management Conduct cost center reviews with the BU's functional leaders and evaluate cost-improvement opportunities Understand the dynamics and dependencies of the unit's cash flows and drive them across the organization Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and business planning Build financial models and business cases for internal initiatives, including CAPEX, and external customer projects Perform make-or-buy assessments and manage CAPEX processes Support internal and external audits by preparing financial documentation, responding to audit requests, and following up on agreed actions YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS Relevant experience in a similar controlling or finance business partnering role Professional-level SAP FI/CO skills Prior exposure to aerospace/manufacturing environments is a plus; experience supporting audits and CAPEX processes is valued Fluency in English and good German skills BENEFITS OFFERED BY CROWDCONSULTANTS Work closely with senior BU leadership on high-impact financial decisions Be part of a high-performance, cross-functional business environment Gain exposure to complex program controlling, CAPEX, and cost-management processes Collaborate with experts across finance, operations, and program management Join a culture where precision, accountability, and excellence drive everything PERFECT MATCH?
