Stuff you wanna know : In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and optimize operational processes, directly contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making, including financial modelling and projections scenarios. Operational Support: Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and scalability. Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management. Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing findings and proposing data-driven solutions. AI Ownership: Build and own internal automation and AI agent workflows (Make/n8n, Notion, HubSpot, LLM-based tooling) to eliminate manual work across finance, BD, and reporting. Fundraising Preparation: Work closely with senior management to draft and prepare compelling presentations and materials for external stakeholders and investors, including data room preparation, financial model maintenance, investor Q&A, DD responses and board materials. Educational Background: Background in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related role. Experience in startups is very advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with business intelligence software, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and ease in working with AI and automation tools to drive delivery. Beginner-level programming skills in Python are preferred but not mandatory. AI-native and builder skills: Track-record of quickly building and putting into practice new processes and tools using AI software apps. Vibe coding experience is a strong plus Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to work. Overachiever mindset: Willingness to go the extra mile whenever necessary, easily switching from board-level strategy to hands-on execution. Fluency in English is required; Fluency in Portuguese is preferred, but not mandatory.
