C++ Developer with IoT, Senior - Peru

What will help you succeed: Conversational Advanced English Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience in embedded or systems software C++ ver.14+ proficiency: RAII, smart pointers (std::unique_ptr, std::make_unique), templates, move semantics, constexpr, override, range-based loops Object-oriented design: design patterns (Observer, Factory, Strategy, Proxy), separation of concerns, interface-based programming Experience with the Boost libraries: Boost.Asio, Boost.Interprocess, Boost.Filesystem Experience with gRPC + ProtoBuf: schema definition, stub generation, RPC service/client implementation Developing system software or firmware for embedded or constrained environments: bare-metal microcontrollers, RTOS, embedded Linux, or embedded Windows Experience integrating hardware peripherals: serial (RS-232, UART, SPI, I2C), USB, ADC, timers, or similar — reading datasheets, implementing drivers, and debugging at the hardware/software boundary Design fault and error handling flows Hands-on experience implementing or consuming binary communication protocols: frame parsing, state machines, error detection, and recovery Experience with cross-layer debugging: reasoning across hardware signals, firmware behaviour, OS drivers, and application logic simultaneously Unit testing This job can be filled in Colombia #CO-Remote Create with us digital products that people love.
