The Opportunity
Ulteig is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Solar CAD Technician. The CAD Technician supports an assigned group of engineers by providing technical drafting support and creating construction drawings/designs under close supervision.

What You'll Do
Successful candidates will complete tasks within the Solar department designing/drafting projects. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and work well within a team.
What We Expect from You
Two year technical degree or currently enrolled in school for Technical Drafting
Knowledge of AutoCAD is required
Knowledge of SunDAT, PVCase, or other utility-scale PV software is a plus.
Knowledge of 3D modeling and software is a plus.
Proven experience in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
Knowledge of PV electrical and mechanical design would be beneficial.
Good organization and communication skills to assure projects are completed on schedule

Must have permanent authorization to work in Costa Rica.
