The role We are looking for a communicative and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for current and prospective clients, you will handle incoming calls, respond to enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties, and ensure that every interaction reflects our high standards of customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. Depending on the schedule, working hours will be either 09:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls promptly and professionally. Serve as the primary point of contact for telephone enquiries regarding Engel & Völkers properties. Provide accurate and helpful information to current and prospective clients. Assign call leads to the Sales Team Address customer requests and concerns effectively and professionally. Support the resolution of issues as they arise. Build positive and lasting customer relationships through a consistently high level of service. Required Qualifications A higher education qualification. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A strong customer-oriented approach. Αbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
