Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner. - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve resolution, providing accurate and relevant information. - Maintain positive relationships with customers by understanding their concerns and addressing them effectively. - Utilize company systems and tools to document, track, and resolve customer interactions. - Collaborate with other departments to escalate unresolved issues and ensure prompt resolution. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to assist customers better. - Provide excellent service by actively listening, showing empathy, and displaying a positive and professional attitude.
