As a Call Centre Agent, Inbound , you will be one of the first points of contact for CareerSwift customers and users. You will handle incoming calls, answer questions, provide information about our products and services, and help customers resolve common issues. This role is focused on delivering a positive customer experience rather than cold calling or aggressive sales. You will also work with internal teams when a customer request requires additional assistance. Responsibilities Answer incoming customer calls in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customer questions and provide accurate information and assistance. Help customers resolve common issues and guide them through basic processes. Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate team. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems. Follow up on open customer requests when required. Share recurring customer questions or issues with the relevant internal teams. What We Are Looking For Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Friendly, patient, and customer-focused approach. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working with computers and online systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer requests. Nice to Have Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, help desk, or similar role. Experience using CRM or customer support platforms. Experience working remotely or supporting customers online. Interest in technology, AI-powered products, or career development.
