Call for experts - Audit Reporting Verification Review & Editing Expertise Under the Ukraine Audit Board Secretariat (ABS) project, we are seeking to build a pool of available and qualified experts with professional experience PFM Oversight, Management & Control, Monitoring and internal control and internal auditing who are able to support the project on an ad hoc basis in reviewing a multitude of analytical, assessment, monitoring, investigation, and strategic and methodological reports, as well as on the presentations based on these reports. The experts will be called on from the pool as relevant outputs require review/input on the basis of their expertise and availability. The indicative expert profile for this role will be as follows: Qualifications and skills Master’s degree in management and control systems, economics, public administration, public finance management, accountancy, auditing or similar relevant subject; Fluency in written and oral English; Knowledge of Ukrainian and/or Russian will be considered an advantage Proven experience in editing and quality control of complex reports, including executive summaries and actionable recommendations General professional experience Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the area of management and control systems and audit of public funds; Solid understanding of comprehensive audit, control and risk management frameworks, relevant international practice; Extensive experience working within public sector reform or advisory roles, with a focus on enhancing institutional transparency and accountability Specific professional experience Minimum 7 years of professional experiences in the PFM fields of Governance, Oversight, Management & Control, Monitoring and internal control and internal auditing; International based knowledge and expertise in the broad realm of public finance governance and processes (from budget to auditing) as a solid base for understanding and checking draft reports; Minimum 7 years of professional experiences in preparing, reviewing, or editing Public Finance Management reports, presentations, and related outputs; Deadline for submission of CVs not later than 21 of August 2026 Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
