Call Handler

About the Role Are you a great listener with a knack for putting people at ease? At Allegiant Finance, we're looking for Call Handlers to join our friendly and professional team. You'll make and take calls with customers who already have a claim with us, helping them move their claim forward and answering their questions along the way. This isn't a sales role. If you enjoy helping people and want a role where every conversation makes a difference, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Take inbound calls from customers with an existing claim, resolving queries or directing them to the right team Make outbound calls to gather information needed to progress a claim Record information accurately on our claims system Spot when a customer needs extra support and make sure they get it Handle follow up admin, such as emails to customers after calls What We're Looking For Experience in a contact centre or telephone based customer service role A clear, confident telephone manner Strong listening skills and attention to detail Empathy and patience, especially with customers who are finding things hard Comfortable using a computer and case management systems What You'll Get £24,023 annual salary 25 days holiday + bank holidays Hybrid working Paid parking Modern office with excellent facilities Great transport links Ready to Apply?
