As our Campaigns Lead - ICETR, you'll lead the delivery of important work that helps people understand and engage with the Independent Care (Education) and Treatment Review (ICETR) programme. IC(E)TR’s ensure that people with a learning disability and autistic people in long-term segregation have their care independently reviewed. The reviews are intended to support autistic people and people with a learning disability to leave long-term segregation. Further information about our ICETR programme is available on our website - https://www.cqc.org.uk/publications/icetr Working closely with colleagues, partners and stakeholders, you'll create high-quality content and deliver campaign activity that supports strategic goals and helps reach the people who need it most. Picture this In the last 12 months, as the Campaigns Lead for ICETR, you could have: Led the delivery of an evidence-based communications and engagement campaign, using audience insight and targeted messaging to increase awareness and engagement with the ICETR programme. Developed a range of accessible content, including long-form editorial content, videos, blogs and podcasts, helping people from diverse communities better understand key programme information Worked with expert advisers, stakeholders and partner organisations to shape campaign activity that reached people who are often underrepresented or face barriers to engagement You'll play a key role in the organisation by Planning and delivering campaigns that support ICETR programme objectives and measure their impact. Creating engaging content across digital, social and editorial channels, ensuring information is clear and accessible. Working with colleagues across CQC to coordinate campaign activity, events, communications and stakeholder engagement. Building positive relationships with internal and external partners to support collaborative campaign delivery. Managing external suppliers and specialist agencies when required, ensuring high-quality delivery and value for money. Show us What we're looking for in your application Experience leading strategic communication and engagement campaigns, from planning through to delivery and evaluation. Experience creating and adapting content for different audiences and channels, with a focus on accessibility and inclusion.
