Business Unit Overview: The Amex Insurance team develops, markets, and manages insurance solutions for American Express customers and out of base clients, working with international partners to deliver innovative, customer-focused protection products while driving business growth and digital transformation. About Role: American Express is looking for an Insurance Marketing & Product Analyst Intern to join the Amex Insurance team in Milan. The intern will support marketing and business development initiatives, contributing to customer acquisition, portfolio growth, and performance analysis. The role offers exposure to cross-functional projects and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Support marketing campaigns and customer growth initiatives (local and central). Analyze business performance, campaign results, and customer insights. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management reviews. Conduct market and competitor analysis. Support project management and operational activities with third-party partners. Required Qualifications: Undergraduate or Master's student in Marketing, Communication, Economics, Business, or related fields Strong interest in marketing and business performance Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic environment Preferred Qualifications: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Fluent English More Information: Starting Date: Monday 12 Oct 2026 Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal Hours: 39 hours per week Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
