Business Unit Overview: In the Legal, Regulatory & Servicing Communications team - responsible for legal, regulatory and servicing communications and communications governance - we are looking for an internship that will support the team with the delivery of servicing communications and activities related to communication governance. About Role: The intern will support the team with the delivery of servicing communications, internal communications and activities related to communication governance (website update, creation of communications, presentations, ad-hoc excel reports etc). Key Responsibilities: Creation of internal communications and Communication Governance newsletter. Support the Communication Governance team with the creation and delivery of Servicing communications (data request, engagement with external agencies, coordination with internal stakeholders). Review, edit and update the servicing contents/pages of our Amex IT website Execute insights & prepare reports/presentations in Excel and PowerPoint Required Qualifications: University student in Marketing & Communication Good knowledge of the digital environment and interested in digital communication Fluent in English Good knowledge and practice in use Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint) Self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills and written & verbal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong team player More Information: Starting Date: Monday 12 Oct 2026 Duration: 6 months internship + with potential 6 months renewal Hours: 39 hours per week Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
