THE IGS INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE Embedded into a team, contributing from day one Meaningful work that supports real business outcomes A collaborative intern cohort experience Events designed to engage and connect Programming focused on developing business acumen and executive presence Exposure to leaders and cross-functional teams ABOUT THE ROLE As a Campus Talent Engagement Intern, you will help bring the IGS Energy intern experience to life through storytelling, content creation, and employer branding. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition team, you will develop engaging content, strengthen intern communications, and support initiatives that help attract early career talent to IGS Energy. This internship is ideal for students who are creative, organized, and interested in marketing, communications, recruiting, and employer branding. You will gain hands-on experience creating content, supporting campus recruiting campaigns, and showcasing the authentic intern experience. WHAT YOU WILL DO Capture intern success stories: Collect photos, videos, and written stories that highlight intern achievements and career journeys . Support recruiting campaigns: Apply curated content to internship program awards, recruiting materials, and future campus campaigns . Design communication materials: Create branded templates and collateral for intern events, onboarding, and year-round communications. Develop campus marketing content: Support fall recruiting campaigns with messaging and social content that drive campus engagement. Produce creative media: Create photos and videos that showcase IGS Energy’s workplace, culture, and authentic intern experience . Create social-first storytelling: Develop highlight reels and point-of-view-style videos for social platforms and internal communications. WHAT YOU WILL GAIN Hands-on experience in employer branding and campus recruiting Exposure to talent acquisition, intern programming, and recruiting strategy Experience creating content for social media (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc . ) , communications, and recruiting campaigns Opportunities to strengthen written, visual, and interpersonal communication skills Experience working with Canva, Adobe tools, and video editing platforms Portfolio-ready work that demonstrates creative, marketing, and storytelling skills Exposure to cross-functional collaboration across Talent Acquisition and other business teams WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong written and visual communication abilities Proficiency in Canva or other video editing sof tware Strong attention to detail and organizational skills The ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines A positive, collaborative approach to working with colleagues across departments An interest in storytelling, employer branding, recruiting, or content marketing At IGS Energy, you will do more than intern, you will make an impact. Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00 *This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
