JOB TITLE Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst DEPARTMENT Finance LOCATION USA-Central Time WORK ARRANGEMENT Remote TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS No SALARY RANGE $65,000 – $78,500 Role Summary We're looking for a Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst to support capex controllership. This role handles the day-to-day tracking, reconciliation, and reporting that capex discipline depends on, serving as a bridge between Finance and construction operations. We are looking for an Capex Finance-Project Controls Analyst to join our Finance team . This person will report to our Controller and will share our company values and play an important role in supporting our continued growth. What You Will Do Track cost-to-date (CTD) against approved project budgets and flag variances for review. Reconcile PO and PR activity against GL actuals on a recurring basis. Ensure PO/PR/CO submissions are complete, properly coded, and within approved budget. Support monthly capex reporting covering budget vs. commitments vs. actuals by project. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field 2-4 years of experience in Project Controls, Construction Finance, Cost Accounting, or FP&A Strong Excel skills, with comfort handling reconciliations and high-volume transaction data Ability to collaborate effectively with both Finance and Construction/Operations stakeholders Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working through ambiguity Why Join 5C Data Centers?
