Job Description This is a remote position. Brand Protection Consultant (Philippines) – Remote | Part-Time Independent Contractor Protect Global Brands in the Digital Marketplace Echez Group provides brand protection and digital marketplace monitoring services for international technology companies. We are hiring a Brand Protection Consultant based in the Philippines to support an active brand protection project focused on online research, digital investigations, and marketplace monitoring. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy analytical work, online research, identifying patterns, and working with large volumes of information while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Requirements Key Responsibilities Conduct online research to identify and profile software resellers and digital marketplace participants. Analyze websites, online marketplaces, and digital platforms to identify potential intellectual property or compliance concerns. Communicate with resellers and other stakeholders through email and digital communication channels. Gather, organize, and document evidence, including screenshots, website information, and supporting records. Maintain accurate and detailed records within CRM systems. Upload, organize, and manage documentation through SharePoint and internal platforms. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established processes and quality standards. Support ongoing project reporting and research activities as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of professional experience in research, compliance, operations, investigations, customer support, administration, e-commerce, risk management, or related fields. Strong English and Filipino communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while following established processes and guidelines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and online research tools. Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications Experience conducting online research or digital investigations. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online marketplaces, or reseller ecosystems. Knowledge of Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) research methodologies. Exposure to compliance, intellectual property, legal support, trust and safety, or technology-related environments.
