As part of the Fraud, ABC & TE function, you will play a key role in strengthening our overall fraud controls framework and driving the improvement agenda across our primary fraud risk domains. Together with a team of dedicated colleagues, you will help the bank detect and prevent fraud, ensuring that both the bank and our customers feel safe and supported.
Card fraud, leadership, project & stakeholder management
In this role, you will support our Card Fraud Strategy, ensuring strong end-to-end collaboration across teams. By leveraging your expertise in card processing, products, and card fraud, you will define and drive short,medium and long term improvement plans together with contributors from other teams and the IT tribe.
Leading a global team of five specialists based in Denmark and Lithuania you will act as a lighthouse for your team—bringing out the best in each employee, unlocking their potential, and creating a collaborative, high-performing culture. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to build strong partnerships and deliver the best possible outcomes.
This position can be based in Vilnius, Lithuania or Copenhagen, Denmark. This role does not include relocation package.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Empower and train your team to translate critical fraud expertise into well-founded, clear, and concise analyses and recommendations.
- Support seamless collaboration between specialists in various fraud functions and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide actionable recommendations using your consulting toolbox, financial services expertise, and business acumen.
- Lead oversight and challenge outsourced vendors managing parts of our portfolio.
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, accessible language, while aligning solutions with business needs.

We offer:
If hired in Lithuania, monthly salary range would be from
3920 EUR to
5880 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
