Card Products Manager

What you do: Lead and support projects related to licensing activities and the introduction of new card products and services Participate in the development, launch, and servicing of card products Analyze customer needs and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities Conduct market research, monitor economic trends, and gather statistical data Develop and update methodological guidelines for card product servicing and contribute to portfolio optimization Prepare materials (meeting briefs, manuals, policies, procedures) related to card servicing for internal stakeholders and end customers Generate reports on product and service usage and performance Coordinate and actively collaborate with internal teams and International Card Organizations (Mastercard, Visa) What you bring: University degree in Economics, Finance, or a Technical field Minimum 5 years of experience in card operations processing, card scheme servicing, banking products, product management, or a related field Strong knowledge of local regulations and international card organization standards (Mastercard & Visa) Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and AI tools (ChatGPT, Colpilot) Fluent English (written and spoken) Experience with digital transformation processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration abilities What we offer: Offer a hybrid work model balancing in-person collaboration and remote work.
