Care Manager RN - Managed Care Support

In this dynamic role, you'll partner with patients, families, and care teams to deliver high quality, evidence-based, cost-effective, and patient-focused outcomes. Working with a meaningful degree of autonomy within established nursing standards and the nursing code of ethics, including Chapter 18.88 RCW, you'll have the opportunity to lead and grow while performing a full range of ambulatory care RN duties. Required Qualifications: Coursework/Training: Registered Nurse Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License 2 years work experience in an RN role Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing complex patients in an ambulatory setting Medical Home Model experience Why Join Providence?
