What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member To enhance the reporting system and conduct risk management activities within the framework of the risk management policy, To create a risk inventory in collaboration with business units by conducting site visits, to prioritize risks by assessing their impact and likelihood, and to develop proposed solutions, To ensure the implementation of risk-related actions and to monitor and report control deficiencies to senior management, To prepare training materials and carry out the necessary documentation and communication activities to foster a risk culture and raise risk awareness within the organization, To keep abreast of current risk management practices and regulatory developments and to inform senior management accordingly. What kind of teammate are we looking for? 4th-year university student (with a graduation date of June 2026 or later) in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, Able to provide support for at least 3.5 days a week, Proficient in spoken and written English, A strong team player with excellent communication skills, Residing in Istanbul.
