What You'll Be Doing Manage cargo charter opportunities from initial requirement through to successful completion. Source aircraft solutions and negotiate directly with airlines and operators. Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. Deliver commercially competitive solutions while protecting margin. Identify new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships. What you bring You’ll be an experienced Cargo Charter Executive who understands the market and enjoy s finding solutions where others see challenges. 3 + years of p roven experience in cargo charter bro ker age. Strong network of airlines, operators and industry contacts. Commercially driven with excellent negotiation skills. A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong relationship-management skills .
