Job Title: Case Officer (Canada Immigration)

Location: Remote (Hiring from Delhi, India)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Toronto Time)

Employment Type: Full-Time | 100% Remote

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are a Toronto-based immigration firm seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Case Officer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Delhi, India, working in alignment with Canadian (EST) business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of Canadian immigration applications
• Prepare and review applications for:
• Study Permits
• Work Permits
• Visitor Visas
• Permanent Residence (PR) programs (Express Entry, PNP, etc.)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IRCC requirements
• Draft submission letters, SOPs, and supporting documentation
• Coordinate with clients for document collection and updates
• Track application progress and maintain case records
• Stay updated with the latest Canadian immigration policies and changes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Canadian immigration processing
• Strong knowledge of visa categories, permits, and PR pathways for Canada
• Proven experience in filing complete and successful applications
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Comfortable working in EST (Toronto) time zone
• Must have access to a reliable laptop/computer and stable internet connection
• Ability to work long hours on a computer, including prolonged screen time and sitting
• High level of patience, focus, and accuracy while handling detailed documentation
