Case Processing Specialist

ClientReferrals, a leading project company and service provider in the Caribbean citizenship industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Processing Officer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process citizenship applications for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with our international B2B agents to ensure top quality customer service.
• Communicate with our local offices to ensure application processing.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and solution-oriented are key.
• Proficiency in business-level written and spoken English.
• Previous industry experience is ideal but full training will be provided.
• Other admin tasks and special projects may be assigned.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-time, remote.
• Location: Not important but the person must be available to communicate on a daily basis with the Montreal and Eastern Caribbean time zone.
• Compensation: To be discussed based on experience and skill level.
