Casino Operations Manager

Are you a commercially driven casino specialist with a passion for game performance, provider relationships, and portfolio optimisation?

We're looking for a commercially driven Casino Operations Manager to lead the commercial performance of our casino portfolio. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with Product, CRM, BI, Tech, and other key stakeholders to maximize revenue, strengthen provider partnerships, and continuously enhance our product offering and player experience.

You will be responsible for the commercial success of the casino portfolio, ensuring every game, promotion, provider partnership, and commercial initiative contributes to the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial performance of the casino portfolio by defining the game portfolio strategy, including game selection, lobby positioning, and content optimization.
• Act as the main commercial contact for game providers, building long-term strategic partnerships.
• Plan and manage the commercial calendar, including game launches, exclusive and branded releases, tournaments, promotions, discounts, and other commercial initiatives, while negotiating commercial agreements and marketing opportunities with game providers.
• Monitor portfolio performance using KPIs such as GGR, NGR, turnover, hold, RTP, player activity, and promotional ROI.
• Produce and continuously improve commercial reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis to support business decisions.
• Identify underperforming games, providers, and commercial initiatives, recommending actions to improve profitability.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and new game releases to ensure a competitive and attractive casino offering.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, BI, VIP, and Operations, and Tech to deliver commercial initiatives and improve overall portfolio performance, and product offering.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2-3+ years' experience in Casino Commercial, Casino Operations, Product, or a similar commercial role within the iGaming industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Experience managing casino portfolios, game releases, promotions, tournaments, and lobby optimization.
• Strong understanding of casino economics, including GGR, NGR, RTP, hold, turnover, player value, and promotional performance.
• Strong ability to interpret KPIs, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience producing commercial reports and performance dashboards.
• Proven experience building relationships and negotiating with game providers and aggregators.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with aggregators such as Hub88, EveryMatrix, or similar platforms.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or BI reporting skills.
• Experience across multiple LATAM jurisdictions and regulated markets.
• Exposure to bonus optimization, RTP strategies, or casino portfolio optimization.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
