CAT Content & Strategy Associate

Preparing for CAT? What if your full-time job could actually complement your CAT preparation?

We’re looking for a CAT aspirant to join CATSprint and work closely on building and improving our CAT preparation content.

What you'll do

• Review CAT questions, solutions and explanations for accuracy, difficulty and quality.
• Review and organise content across VARC, DILR and QA.
• Research CAT trends, previous-year papers, exam patterns and preparation strategies.
• Identify errors, gaps and areas of improvement in our question bank.
• Bring a CAT aspirant's perspective to help us make CATSprint more useful for students.
• Work with our content, product and other teams on CAT-focused initiatives.

Who we're looking for

• Currently preparing for CAT.
• Strong understanding of the CAT syllabus and exam pattern.
• Comfortable solving and reviewing CAT-level questions.
• Good analytical and research skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to identify errors in questions/solutions.
• Freshers are welcome.

Big Bonus If

You're a CAT repeater who has already appeared for CAT and scored well in your previous attempt.
