As a Category Marketing Manager , you will shape the future of our Oilseed Crops portfolio in Poland, driving growth through innovative product strategies, market insights, and successful product launches. In addition to portfolio management, you will lead projects and programs focused on customer segmentation, customer loyalty, and the development of loyalty initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and business performance. This is an opportunity to influence key business decisions while collaborating with regional and global stakeholders. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership responsibilities. Your Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive market analysis, customer insight generation, competitor assessment, and trend forecasting to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Develop and execute portfolio strategies including product lifecycle management, pricing evolution, demand planning, label extensions, licensing opportunities, and new product introductions aligned with regional objectives. Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, and Marketing functions to define product requirements, develop business cases, and deliver successful portfolio initiatives. Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market intelligence, customer value, competitive positioning, and demand forecasts. Own annual marketing plans and portfolio performance, monitoring key commercial metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing corrective actions to achieve business targets. Location: Warsaw preferred but flexible with any location in Poland Qualifications and Attributes to Make a Difference: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Agribusiness sector encompassing roles in product management, development, or commercial functions. A strong understanding of the seed industry, including market dynamics, product development processes, demand planning, and portfolio management principles. Demonstrated success in developing, launching, positioning, and growing products or brands in a competitive market environment. Strong analytical capabilities, including market analysis, pricing strategy, demand forecasting, business case development, and commercial decision support. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders in a matrix organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Fluency in English and Polish. Willingness to travel within Poland and occasionally across Europe as business needs require (20-30%). Growing What Matters Starts With You.
