About this Position Manage the business plans of distributors and retail outlets within the assigned territory in accordance with company requirements, while building long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships. What you´ll do Manage assigned distributors and customers in line with company requirements, and maintain strong customer relationships. Develop and execute business plans for distributors and retail outlets, including but not limited to P&L management, investment planning, and promotional activities. Manage distributor and customer contracts and trade terms, and develop Joint Business Plans (JBP). Implement channel and category plans developed by the MSP department across the assigned channels and retail outlets. What makes you a good fit College degree or above. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry. Strong data analysis skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with retail system operations and processes within the industry.
