Cegid Retail Consultant

***Cegid Retail Consultant – 3 Months B2B Contract – Remote***

RED has a new contract opportunity for a Cegid Retail Consultant to join one of our key partners on a global retail transformation programme.

The initial contract will be until 31st December, 2026, with scope for extension based on project requirements.

This contract is to start ASAP and will be fully remote.

Specific skills/experience required:

• 2+ years of experience working with Cegid Retail.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cegid POS (Front Office and/or Back Office).
• Experience configuring retail processes including: Products and product lifecycle, Stores and organisational structures, Pricing and promotions, Taxes and localisation, Users, roles and security
• Experience supporting retail deployments, releases and production environments.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes and store operations.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Familiarity with testing activities including configuration testing, UAT support and deployment validation.
• Experience supporting multi-country retail environments would be advantageous.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to join within 2-3 weeks.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading Cegid workstreams or mentoring junior consultants.
• Experience with large-scale retail transformation programmes.
• Exposure to release planning, governance and deployment coordination.
