About the role As a People Advisor in the Group People Hub team, you'll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional employee experience that empowers our people to thrive. Employee Relations Guidance: Coach and advise managers on people-related matters, promoting consistency and best practices. Data Integrity Champion: Maintain accurate employee records and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement. Collaborative Projects: Actively participate in initiatives to enhance our People Hub service delivery and employee experience.
