We’re seeking a Central Ops Processor to join us. This is a remote position. As a Central Ops Processor, you will be responsible for working Salesforce Cases directly related to client files that are identified as missing or having loading issues in the .NET interfaces. This position requires the coordination across internal and external partners, including clients. You will monitor and manage daily reports, investigate file processing delays, 835 payee cross referencing, job engine audits, interface audits, supply status reports, monitor job engine emails, and work cases within the Salesforce software. What you’ll do: Monitor and investigate file exception cases to identify any missing interface files. Manage Interface Reports Interact with individuals within and outside of the organization related to file exceptions. Respond with appropriate urgency when process variations are discovered Act as an ambassador for Zotec’s Mission, initiatives, and goals Complete all other duties as assigned What you’ll bring to Zotec: 1+ years’ experience in an office environment, preferably a medical billing environment Familiarity with medical billing processes Proficient in Microsoft Windows and email Able to communicate effectively through emails and correspondence Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and priority management skills Ability to work independently and on projects with team members Strong relationship management and collaboration skills Must be able to multi-task, be flexible and embrace change At Zotec, you will enjoy a network of highly experienced professionals in an environment where you can operate with autonomy yet have the resources and backing of other professionals in a similar role.
