Are you an experienced operator motivated by upside and exit outcomes rather than a traditional base salary?

Icons of Real Estate is a lean, profitable, and fast-growing podcast production platform and SaaS marketplace. We operate 100+ active podcasts and book over 100 real estate agents weekly. We have a clear strategic vision: scale aggressively and position the company for a significant exit in the proptech space within 12–24 months.

This is not a typical CEO role. We are looking for a leader to spearhead a $1M growth raise as their first act, run the company, and drive us to a strategic acquisition.

The Unique Structure & Upside

• Phase 1 (0–4 months): Lead and close a $1M growth round within 120 days. You will receive a $2,000–$3,000/month draw to focus exclusively on this role. Upon a successful close, you earn an immediate $40,000 milestone bonus.
• Phase 2 (Post-raise): Step into the full-time CEO role with an $8,000–$9,000/month base salary funded by the raised capital.
• The Exit: A life-changing performance bonus tied to the company's eventual sale price, structured as a percentage of proceeds above a baseline valuation. You are rewarded for the growth you create.

What You Will Do

• Secure a $1M growth round leveraging both your existing investor relationships and ours.
• Take full operational ownership of our distributed remote team (5-20 people), platform, clients, and growth.
• Execute our growth strategy across paid acquisition, product development, and partnerships alongside the founding team.
• Manage relationships with potential acquirers and M&A advisors to drive the company toward a strategic exit.

What You Bring (Non-Negotiables)

• Direct experience running a lean, remote team without a massive corporate support structure.
• Proven track record of raising capital (angel, seed, or growth) with an active network of investors.
• Prior experience navigating a company acquisition, ideally on the sell-side.
• Full-time availability and commitment.

(Background in SaaS, media, marketplace, or real estate tech is strongly preferred.)
