CEO or Simulation Engineer for IoT

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a CEO or Simulation Engineer for IoT at TheLab AI&DATA. The CEO will lead overall company strategy, oversee financial and operational performance, guide business development, and build partnerships that support sustainable growth. The Simulation Engineer for IoT will design, develop, and maintain and research IoT systems and simulation models, collaborate with data and engineering teams if we can build it to test scenarios, and translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for product and business decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities may include coordinating cross-functional projects, setting priorities and roadmaps, presenting findings to stakeholders, and ensuring that AI and IoT initiatives align with organizational goals and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Finance skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and understanding financial metrics.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management and Business Planning skills to oversee processes, resources, and growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Strategic Planning skills to drive market expansion, partnerships, and long-term direction.
• Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in AI, data analytics, and IoT systems, particularly simulation and modeling.
• Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities, with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field is beneficial.
• Experience in startups, technology ventures, or innovation-driven environments is an advantage.
