A day in the life of...

• Respond to customer queries on the phone and written channels in a timely and accurate way
• Provide and clarify information to the Nestlé consumers regarding the nutrition of the Nestlé goods for animals
• Offer counselling and suggestions of positive alterations in nutrition, dietary restrictions, pet behaviors and any health issue of the consumers’ pets
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
• Treat serious and sensitive consumer contacts following the specific guidelines
• Inform customers about new product, functionalities and campaigns
• Gather consumers' feedback and complete a FAQ database and knowledge-based documents
• Build a relationship with the stakeholders from the market, providing them information regarding health and nutrition topics to support business decision making
• Ensure Nestlé CES Standard Instructions on Consumer Complaints Handling process is handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Redirect consumers questions to appropriate stakeholders in case of impossibility in providing an answer
  
  

 

What Will Make You Successful

• Advanced Written and Spoken Knowledge in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree on Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food science, or similar
• 1 year+ Experience as a Veterinary technician or Veterinary Assistant or Customer Relations
• Pets’ nutrition and behavior knowledge (steps for pet)
• Having experience in customer relations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and being autonomous while working remotely
• Attention to details, flexible and willing to learn new ways of work and technologies
